Anna is a recognized career evolutionist and keynote speaker. She is a driven Strategist, Certified Transition Facilitator (TAP), Offender Workforce Development Specialist (OWDS), and creative resume writer with many other multi-role talents. Her significant strengths include deploying individualized coping mechanisms for Active, Reserve, and Guard members, allowing them to maintain atomicity while serving their active tour of duty anywhere in the world. Anna excels in professional development and unique transitional approaches reintegrating veterans and their family members back into the civilian sector because she understands the importance of “Integrity First, Service Before Self and Excellence in All We Do”, after her 20+yrs of honorable military service and commitment.
With more than 7 years of direct industry experience of facilitating, and moving Veterans into their next career, her advice is noted as fast track, fact finding, and results-oriented. As an result, Anna has been awarded with recognition from the Directorate of Vocational Educational Training Services (DVET), The Department of Commerce and Veteran Affairs (VA) for her impressive and compassionate work with Veterans and their families. Other notable achievements include staff development trainer, speaking engagements, instructional seminars, designer and facilitator of transitional workshops at multiple military installations, technical schools, and job fairs.

She has her Bachelors in Human Services and Management, with specialties in psychology and resource management. Anna is a candidate for a Master’s in Counseling, and a Life Coach.
